Amend Logo for a Mediation Practice

This is what Mediation [**LOGO PICTURE IN THE MIDDLE**] wagen was looking for in their logo design

We would like to amend the existing logo for a German lawyer/mediation practice. The new logo should keep the round middle logo (where there is an A and W interlinked), but lose the text at the bottom.
Instead, the new logo should have the text below 'hugging' the AW circle logo in the middle (i.e. the text should 'hug' the logo from both sides, as in 'frame it', the text should NOT say "hugging"):
- Left of the circle, it should say "Mediation"
- Right of the circle, it should say "wagen"
(Mediation wagen = dare to mediate in German)
One idea is to have the font gradually increase on the left and decrease on the right and have the "N" in "Mediation" and the "W" in "wagen" would align with the curvature of the circle and visually "hug" it from both sides. Open to other ideas as well.
