Concert and Sporting Event Ticket Brokerage

This is what WEAV Enterprises, LLC Neal Weaver, owner M1NT, LLC Martha Weaver, owner was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for one logo that incorporates two businesses. Business One is "WEAV Enterprises, LLC". Business two is "M1NT, LLC". I am looking for a business Logo that plays on the fact that the 'W' in 'WEAV', turned upside down can be also used as the 'M' in 'M1NT'. Both businesses are in the sports and concert ticket industry, and therefore a ticket stub might be incorporated into the logo. So in other words, if you look at it one way, the focus would be WEAV Enterprises, but if you turn it upside down, M1NT would be the focus. Under WEAV Enterprises, it should say Neal Weaver, owner. Under M1NT, it should say Martha Weaver, owner. If a ticket stub is incorporated, it could say 'admit one' on each side like a ticket would.
