Logo Design Brief

I am looking for one logo that incorporates two businesses. Business One is "WEAV Enterprises, LLC". Business two is "M1NT, LLC". I am looking for a business Logo that plays on the fact that the 'W' in 'WEAV', turned upside down can be also used as the 'M' in 'M1NT'. Both businesses are in the sports and concert ticket industry, and therefore a ticket stub might be incorporated into the logo. So in other words, if you look at it one way, the focus would be WEAV Enterprises, but if you turn it upside down, M1NT would be the focus. Under WEAV Enterprises, it should say Neal Weaver, owner. Under M1NT, it should say Martha Weaver, owner. If a ticket stub is incorporated, it could say 'admit one' on each side like a ticket would. We like bright colors that can be seen in the uploaded screen capture

Must have

• Colorful. Must incorporate the W and M and can be separate, but I like the idea of a single letter being used for both businesses (focus on a specific business depending on how you are viewing it).

Nice to have

• Colors are bright and vibrant, like a southwest oil painting (see .png attached).
