This is a pretty straightforward project, i imagine you already received allot of designs you like.
Don't get me wrong, usually i dont shy away from a project due to the amount of submissions already in, but i can´t imagine a designer messing up on this project, not in a way that you would disregard the designer completely and i dont want to be just another one.

My work process includes working with the customers, avail needs, choose a style, and work through several rounds of revisions. I dont want to work on a project that i might loose because i choose a different blue than the other guy.
I truly apologize if i am being too "direct" here.
