Digital Sign for Headquarters Entrance

HTML Digital Sign layout (one page)...save us from the 60's!

Good Day Designers!

We have decided to install Digital Signage in our headquarters building that will replace the “felt boards” that the administrative staff use at our building entrances.

Instead of the information being displayed on the archaic sign boards, it will be presented on a landscaped 50inch LCD screen running at 1920x1080

We are looking for a one page HTML design that encompass the following elements:

+ Our Logo
+ Our Company Name (GDC Technics)
+ Our "Tag Line" - "Innovation Driven By Experience, Excellence Driven By Commitment"
+ Date and Time
+ A space for Today’s Birthdays (which could be up to 4 people)
+ A space for Today’s Anniversaries (which could be up to 4 people)
+ A space for Today’s Visitor (which could be up to 2 people)
+ A space for a Picture of the Day
+ A space for Weather Forecast (perhaps a graphic)
+ A small "banner" section or strip for scrolling Notices / Alerts (perhaps at the bottom of the page?)

The deliverables for the layout need to include the HTML, applicable CSS, HTML code, etc. We need this to be relatively turnkey.

I have included in the contest package a hi-res JPG and AI for our Company Logo.

From a color pallet perspective:

Light Blue:
RGB - 21, 191,242
HEX - #15BFF2

Dark Blue:
RGB - 0, 70, 154
HEX - #00469A

Additionally, I have done a contest like this before (for another company I was at) and have included a screen shot of that final display.

PLEASE NOTE: IT DOES NOT HAVE TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT FROM THE PREVIOUS CONTEST. Including the screenshot was just to give you a general idea of some inspiration and objectives.
