I just posted an update to the design brief to remind everyone that the boat is a sailing catamaran - a boat with sails and two hulls, so designs showing motor boats or monohull sailboats will not work for this. To make sure everyone is clear on this, I uploaded a new file with examples of logos/icons that successfully represent a sailing catamaran. Note that our design spec doesn't require you incorporate a boat - we just want to make sure that if you do include a boat that it is the right kind of boat. I also included photos showing the bow art on two of the existing Outremer 55s that have been launched so you can see how other designers worked with the hull shape and window positions.

I just got identical “Feedback please” messages from Qahaj Studios, Gexiga and Gaurus Studio, and each of you submitted remarkably similar designs -- italicized font with speed lines coming off of a differently colored C in the word Catalyst, with similar fonts, all of which missed that we wanted the A’s to not have a cross. The designs are also all presented in a nearly identically layout. This all seems very strange and makes me uncomfortable, plus I don’t like that design concept so I am going to eliminate these 3 designs/studios.
