Currently my web host (Bluehost) supports Wordpress, but I'm an (old?) HTML/CSS chap, so any of your coding preferences sound fine. Please join in :)

And as an update following my previous message: no, I am unable to separate the design and coding tasks within the job, so I'm afraid both skills are needed. Thank you for the inquiries though.
