Can you please stick to the darker colour pallette. The light purples, blues and greens are reminding me of hospital scrubs/ 1990's training company.
The performance collective represents the collective of my skills in coaching, leadership and training - not a collective of people - so no images/logos of people with dots as their heads.
Logos that represent 3 elements - vs. 4 is preferred (it also is relevant to the 3 skills)
This logo should represent an elegant, high end brand.
