Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a bold, strong and modern/elegant logo and business card for a new company that I am establishing that reflects the brand that is me; ex financial services corporate HR professional, based in Australia, who is taking her expertise and experience to business leaders and their teams who are committed to high performance through coaching and training.
Aiming to appeal to all industries within Australia and Asia Pacific. I work with leaders to enhance their leadership capability, and coach them to attract, engage, develop and retain high performing teams.
I would like to see designs that communicate professionalism, a bespoke experience and expertise. You're dealing with a savvy, pragmatic but edgy woman. I like blues, greens and deep purples.
p.s. I'm very passionate about what I do.
