Hello contest holder, I just want to tell you that if you leave your project non-guaranteed, you will not get the maximum talent for your budget. Smart, professional and talented designers all go for guaranteed projects and they all give maximum effort and commitment for a guaranteed project - knowing that the project is worth their time and effort. Most talented designers avoid non committment projects because they know in the end, the client is not committed to project, will not give them feedback to improve their designs and eventually, they will most likely get a refund. Real talent comes when you guarantee your project. Trust me the designers you know that your project is one of their strengths will flock and commit to your project. So please consider this message, thank you

Hello Jeffere,
Thanks for the comments. In addition to looking into Design Crowd, I have been speaking with design firms and boutique designers for my options. The whole point of crowd funding and crowd design is the masses pooling together on either side to give and take. If I wanted to commit to a project I would go with an artist that researched the industry, met a few times to get a personal understanding of the project, made multiple focused efforts to my end result of a process, not just a project. Crowd design gives the opportunity to get designers exposure and clients less risky potential. Just as Crowd funding is based on the end goal being met or all money is returned- minimal risk, Crowd design uses the same premise in the end goal being met. You are suggesting I take all of the risk and while it is probably true good designers won't look for non-guaranteed, there is no reason I should believe they will deliver for me in the same light they won't work for my contest if there is a refund. Why don't those designers go work for a firm or start their own boutique business where they don't have to worry about non-guarantee and the client has the same understanding? Good explanation, however I don't think it is apples to apples for the definition of Crowd Design. Thanks
