Yes, the white lines delineate the states, and those are needed. The lined states can be on one layer.

How you can close it before the deadline date. I can agree that some designer can provide it early but there may be chances that if we are delaying it may be that we will provide even better design than those provided earlier?

That's a good point. I have never used this site before and don't think I understand all the processes well enough. I apologize for that.

I do think there needs to be a more explicit way for you to tell me ( the client) that you have decided to work on the project. I got some questions early on but that does not indicate to me that anyone is actually planning to work on the project. It would be better to get a small sample earlier from you than a fully finished version much later when I have already worked with one or more designer giving them feedback.
