The price is fine!  It's pretty much a pen tool exercise.  As long as your organized and not sloppy, it's a piece of cake.

Is it like tracing the map image as it is provided by you in illustrator for creating ai format (scalable)? Or do we need to do any thing more?

That's about it. The only additional thing I want to be able to do it to easily isolate each of the 16 regions via layers - one region per layers- so I can change colors or just prepare a file with one region.
