Dear contest holder, your brief does not cover the scope of work that your attached "nav structure" indicates is needed for the site. The scope of work according to the structure you propose is not worth $600 ( + - ) your site is not 4 pages it is (by my conservative estimation) 26 pages worth of work - most of the points on your structure chart will need a page and the coding requires custom css html5 custom php for your login structure and more than likely a good amount of custom java script. Your project is also not guaranteed. I have to withdraw my acceptance of your invitation to work on your brief - I was under the impression it was a guaranteed project - my apologies.
