Web Design Brief

Rescue 3 International is a worldwide rescue training and accreditation company. We deliver water, rope, and medical training courses to emergency services, industry, government and outdoor adventure companies. We are currently looking to completely redesign our website. The main goals of this redesign are as follows:
1. Modernize the look of the website.
2. Make the website mobile compatible.
3. Focus on the international aspect of the business by making it less US focused than the current site. The new site will show us as an international brand. A separate (but similar) US site will be developed for the US market, similar in concept (but not design) to the one in place for our European office (www.rescue3europe.com).

The winning design should have:
1. Fully coded website
2. A modern, responsive design that would appeal to people in the emergency services, industrial and adventure recreation industries. Our courses are hands on, energetic, and fast paced and that should be conveyed in the design.
3. A navigation bar either at the top or side of the webpage (see attached document for page organization
4. 4 page designs: home page, template page, contact page, find a training provider page (interactive world map)

Still images and some video can be provided to aid in the design process.

Winning designer may be asked to consult on second US site.
