Web Page Design (Coded). Winner can expect additional work to implement

This is what Mine Signs was looking for in their Wordpress design

My current employer (www.prospectgroup.com.au) requires the establishment of a new web page (www.prospectredalert.com.au) to promote safety and environmental products which will be sold to the oil / gas / mining and environmental sectors. The web page needs to be somehow aligned with the parent company page above (if only the colouring to appease my boss), yet innovate and awesome. The successful designer will be expected to provide coded files and be able to provide additional services to edit and launch the website. The website is currently operational but the content and format are both poor. The website will be predominantly based around promoting our products but will include a "buy online" section for some products which will be part of the website, but on a different tab / layer.
