Beautiful design needed for elegant mermaid WP-website

This is what a business in Netherlands was looking for in their web design

Hi! I need a design for a website for a mermaid-website. I teach swimming (like a mermaid) and host mermaid birthday-parties for children. I don't need fancy payment options, I'd just like to showcase photo's, videos, some blogs and some information about lessons, photoshoots, et cetera.

I'm kind of in the middle on whether I would want the design to be based on pictures of me as a mermaid (I have some, but I'm going to get better ones in a few months so they'd have to be changeable without the entire design falling apart), or if I'd like it to be more like a children's book with a beautiful illustration-like design. (An illustrative design should be able to incorporate actual mermaid-photos in content).

The design should be dreamy, prefereably in green-ish and blue-ish colours, kind of like a fairytale-book. It has to be pretty romantic (I love watercolour-painting-ish designs), but not so embellished that it can't be taken seriously.
