Affiliate website design and wireframe

This is what Visions of Health was looking for in their web design

We need a design of an affiliate website for an application we purchased, it is important that you build the website pages according to the developer of the applications specifications (please see attached documents) the developer of the application will configure the pages and add them to the site. Please take special note of his comments below.

We all so need you to create a wire frame so the developer can test everything (http://pencil.evolus.vn/)

It will be the homepage and about 16 inner pages (please see attached files)
