PHP Coded Webpage

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their web design

Hi, I run an online site called tubebackgrounds.co.uk.
I'm in need of a script, you can see the reference image here;

Basically, around the outside of the preview there will be selections.
When an object has been selected (E.G. A background colour) it changes
the preview image. These are the different objects;

Background Image

Text Colour
Background Colour
Box Colour

Text Design
Box Design.

Once the user has designed their background, they pay a small fee
(£1) over PayPal, once payed it redirects them to a page where they
can download the background.

If you could create this for me, please say! Also, the cheaper the
better as I'm a College student about to start University, and I've
already been scammed out of $50, all I got what a little part of a
.php script, which can you take a look at if you want.
