Construction Company Needed Cool Shirt Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

My company ConnReno is in the business of fire restoration, we rebuild homes that were damaged due to structure fires. We have many branded clothing items in our business from hats, to jackets, etc.. Im looking for a cool t-shirt design which incorporates our logo but is a large back piece that my workers will find as a fun cool shirt design.. Im attaching (1) example of a design I had done many years ago just as an example of what can be done, but it's not something Im saying I want, just a design idea. I would like someone to be creative, again we are in the business of rebuilding homes from fire damage. I can tell you what I don't like about the design was it's a city scape, where it should probably be a home being framed out. Again, totally open to the design, I just want it to be a cool concept.
