Rooster SNKR Mascot for sneaker matching tshirt designs

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

I need a mascot design for my t-shirt business. I will be using the design to sneaker match so I need it to be customizable as far as color and being able to change out the sneakers ( I have the sneakers in vector formats already to use). I want it to be a rooster cartoon character dressed in urban clothing. Maybe have a gold chain and the bottom beak gold (since birds don't have teeth!). I also would like it to have a cigar either in his mouth or in his hand and glasses with clear lenses. I'm including other graphic examples as inspiration for the design.
