Innovative t-shirt/polo designs for major health care system

This is what Saint Luke's Health System was looking for in their t-shirt design

I'm looking to create a line of t-shirts, polos, etc. that our employees will want to wear. The designs need to be very innovative, but still respect some of the tradition components of our logo, e.g., the cross.
