This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I’m looking to design a tattoo for my left shoulder. I’d like a tree with branches. Have it start above the elbow and possibly have the branches move up the shoulder. I have 5 children and I’d like their names on or in the branches. Their names are Kathryn, Christopher, Kayla, Brian & Lauren. I’d like to extend one of the branches into my chest.
