Special project: Finalizing my existing tattoo

This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their tattoo design

Hello, I'm searching for a skilled artist to complete and enhance my existing belly/hip feather tattoo (please check images 1, 2 & 3 as a reference). I envision adding ornate flourish swirls and a mandala (please check images 4, 5, 6 & 7 as reference) flowing toward the upper right side of my body, creating a design that feels both sexy and classy. It's important that the final piece feels timeless and something I will love to look at. Initially, I prefer no flowers, but if they can be integrated seamlessly into the design, I'm open to the idea. Additionally, I want a "cloudy/watercolour" background (please check image 8 as a reference) using the colours from the moon landscape *important* (please check image 9 as a reference).
