Arm & right side rib design - Female, help me tell a story

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I have a series of designs that I want to tell a story, I need to integrate them to flow with the rest of my tattoos. I prefer fine line, not a ton of shading wanted. feminine, danty minimal color.
I want filler flowers and birds to integrate them.
Blue jay is my spirit bird. Integrate that into the design. I like abstract, modern minimalist designs with the feminine touch.

The back design was a cover up, the story behind the hour glass and crack is time runs out and you never know how much you have until it’s gone .. family tree, 3 small black birds represent the kids as they were small and then leaving the nest as they grow, (hence the cracked hour glass they are flying out of) the red birds represent my parents that have passed.
