Relay Controls - Update of design

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their stationery design

Hi all. A log design was completed for us a few years back and we would like some additional work to complete the company documentation.
There are a few items I would like to revised/designed.

1. The Relay Controls logo - I would like to give it a very slight refresh, while maintaining its current identify. Maybe for it to be slightly compressed vertically and possibly modernise the letters a little with slightly rounded corners?

2. I would like some default cover page layouts for out documentation. I played around on Visio with some ideas which had a rhombus fading, which ties in with the Relay Controls logo. I would like for something very similar to this (simple).

3. I would like a watermark on standard pages. I have attached an example (watermark sample) that includes a form of geometric shape we currently add to the top left of each page and we would like to utilise the same concept.
