Welcome Back Postcard Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their postcard design

We are looking to send out a Welcome Back post card to our church members and inactive members.

Pastor is envisioning a modern looking church on a hill with a path leading to it from the foreground with a young man (say in the 20's) waving his arm as if to say "come on back". We would also like those words across the top of the card. He would also like to have the sky be sunny and have the green grass and flowers. Maybe even a pond in the background. Sort of "fallish" in color for the trees and flowers.
