Photoshop pic for pop art canvas

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their Photoshop design

I have a digital image of a headshot I need photoshopped Warhol style x 4. The final product will be printed onto canvases.

The task is to give the attached pic the Warhol/pop art treatment in the style of the Elvis pics seen here:
