This is what a business in United States was looking for in their mascot design

So I had you guys design a logo for me in the past, I use it exclusively. What I'm after, its hard to describe, but let me try. I'm going to up load a couple of caricatures ( bear) that the band Radio Head uses. They are not their logo per say, but when you see these, you know immediately its Radio Head...
