This is what Art for Parkinson's was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for an art therapy programme being launched called "Art for Parkinson's". The logo design/colours/font should promote a feeling of calmness and wellbeing. Something that would make people smile.

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological condition affecting movement and mood. Symptoms include tremor, rigidity, slowness of movement, depression and anxiety. It can lead to social isolation and depression as sufferers deal with the physical and emotional symptoms of the illness. There are more than 80,000 Australians who suffer from Parkinson’s and more than 30 people are newly diagnosed every single day.

Art therapy promotes a feeling of well-being and achievement and provides new skills. Experience shows that Art for Parkinson’s therapy can provide the sufferer with a wide range of positive outcomes:
