This is what Henneberry Properties was looking for in their logo design

Henneberry Properties is a family owned business in a city small enough that almost everyone knows the family. Our business is rental properties (80% apartments, 15% houses and 5 percent commercial). We need the logo to convey positive feelings of comfort and stability to prospective residents and feelings of financial strength and prosperity to the bankers we need to borrow money from. The only words in the logo should be “Henneberry Properties” (ie, no slogan). We are open to abstract or real estate themed logos but have used the name by itself for so long we’d like something in addition to just words.
