FLO Logo Design

This is what Fast Learners Online = FLO or some modification of this was looking for in their logo design

I think a logo like a university badge might be appropriate with FLO in a good script maybe. Currently using the two hands picture model but it is not professional enough. Maybe suggest something better than I now have.
