Redesign the logo for a consulting company

This is what Grey Panther Management Ltd. was looking for in their logo design

We're looking to redesign our logo - we currently have a logo, elements of which we like, but it needs a refresh and update. We would like to keep the panther image in there, and the name will of course stay the same, otherwise we would like refresh the logo and give it new life.
