Company specializing in firearm customization need simple logo

This is what S S O was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for my company named Silver State Ordnance. I manufacture and customize firearms using hydrographic water print transfer technology. My company is home based in Reno Nevada. I want to use a template of the state of Nevada as the background. I reside in Reno so I want a rifle crosshairs template over the location of the city of Reno. Then is large letters I want S S O along the eastern side of the Nevada border. The letters need to run top to bottom. My goal is to appeal to a military and law enforcement client base.
