Hayley E Otago & Associates Pty Ltd needs a logo design

This is what Hayley E Otago & Associates was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for my new business services company. I specialise in finance, marketing and communication solutions for small businesses and I'm currently contracting to an international breastfeeding and lactation education company.

I would like to see designs with two variations;
Variation 1: Just my name 'Hayley E Otago'
Variation 2: the full company name 'Hayley E Otago & Associates'
*it is ok to use either the ampersand or the word 'and'

I'm looking for a logo that is fun, simple, clean and sophisticated.
I like Navy blue as a colour option but have yet to do any branding for my company so it is really a clean slate.

I have also worked in the fashion and entertainment industries so I'm also open to something with a little bit of quirk or edge to it.
