Logo needed for new Home Inspection Business

This is what Burnside Home Inspections was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for a new home inspection business called "Burnside Home Inspections", based in suburban Adelaide, South Australia.
'Burnside' is the name of one of Adelaide's local inner city council areas which includes around 30 suburbs. Burnside is an upper-middle class area, so quality is a consideration, but I don't want to limit the business to just that area. The council and main shopping area logos often include tree or leaf symbolism to reflect its 'leafy character' (ie within a generally dry mediterranean climate):

The business itself will initially be offering pre-purchase inspections of existing properties for prospective house buyers.
