This is what Quintana Properties was looking for in their logo design

Think luxury real estate; multi-million properties. That's the look I'm going for, elegant, luxe, expensive and sophisticated - yet simple. My company name is Quintana Properties. I love the letter "Q" and want my logo to use the letter Q with some real estate graphics associated with it. I would like my "Q" logo to be very distinctive, so you can tell it's a "Q" (so please make sure the font you use isn't too funky).

I would be happy to have designers modify my existing logo or create a new one.

I would like to incorporate the color chartreuse, but am open to other colors as well as long as they look elegant and luxurious.

I currently have a logo, but I'm not 100% happy with it. I like the Q with the house in it, but this design doesn't feel "luxe" to me. I do promotional events and order promotional items, so I need a logo that looks great in color as well as black and white on signage, shirts, mugs, etc. and my current logo can't really be use… Read more
