Eye Surgery Logo Design

This is what Forest Eye Surgery was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a medical eye specialist (ophthalmology) practice based in Sydney. The practice is situated in the Frenchs Forest suburb, and is called Forest Eye Surgery.

This is an upmarket medical practice, and we need the logo to look very sleek, professional, and modern. It needs to have the following requirements:
1. The logo must incorporate in a tree(s)
2. Ideally, if you can also incorporate an eye theme as well, that would be even better
3. The website will be a shade of sky blue, so the logo needs to match it, but small amounts of green are also okay.
4. If the logo can be transferrable to a black and white for stationary etc, that would be good too.

I have included some logo designs that I like. Please note, in this instance less is more, so overly complicated logos won''t be viewed favourably.
