Woodstone Residence

This is what Woodstone Residence was looking for in their logo design

The Woodstone Residence is a treatment facility for young people recovering from eating disorders (primarly anorexia and bulimia), located on Galiano Island, British Columbia. We are a non-profit, publicly funded, start-up health care organization. The logo needs to be professional, simple, and communicate the idea that we are a homelike, safe place for young people who need a structured, therapeutic environment. It would be great if the image could be gentle in order to encourage 17-24-year old young women to feel welcome, and to reassure their parents that they are in caring and professional hands-perhaps a focus on natural imagery. Our focus is not medical; rather, we work on psychological rehabilitation with a holistic approach. Would like a natural colour palette that capitalizes on the island's environment (evergreen trees, ocean, mountains).
