Logo for Line of Vinegars & Oils

This is what Vintage 58 was looking for in their logo design

Please design a very simple classic logo for a line of vinegars and oils called "Vintage 58" This will be used on labels in the near term. For a sample of a classic design that we like, please view www.pasolivo.com - clean, classic, simple background. The 58 can be the prominent feature like the ""P" in Pasolivo, however we want our logo to be unique for our branding.
