Company Overview
Nature’s Upgrade is a North Carolina-based company creating natural, plant- and fungi-derived alternatives to everyday household and wellness products. The company is founded on the principle that effective, safe products can be made without harsh synthetic chemicals — using ingredients sourced from nature, including functional mushrooms and regional botanicals like NC pine oil.

Product Line
Phase 1 — Launch (natural home care):
• Laundry detergent
• Dishwasher detergent
• Antimicrobial surface cleaner (made from vinegar and NC pine oil)
Phase 2 — Within 6 months (functional wellness):
• Functional mushroom products (format still being finalized — may include capsules, gummies, chocolates, coffee, or creamer)
