Logo needed for coaching/consulting business

This is what April G Consulting - Cultivating Clarity, Communication, and Confidence was looking for in their logo design

The business name is April G Consulting and is positioned to offer coaching and consulting for leaders, parents, and students related to communication and systems and processes. It should be warm and professional. I prefer palettes of blue, green, and neutral with navy being a strong color preference. I will upload an AI-generated "starter" to get an idea of the color palette and feel. I am not asking for a duplicate of the images uploaded and am open to ideas that communicate approachability and growth with a clean, modern look. I do like the flowing monogram letters concept.
