The Fin Restaurant logo, a dining experience for seafood lovers

This is what The Fin Seafood Grand Haven Michigan was looking for in their logo design

We are looking for a logo for a seafood restaurant that is based in Grand Haven Michigan. The goal of the restaurant is to demystify seafood for middle America. It is the first beach themed restaurant in this Lake Michigan coastal town. A couple of looks from AI have been included, but we will need a logo with lettering we can put down the "FIN" (see photo of the building). The town is very enamored with the fin's architecture and it is a major part of naming the restaurant "The Fin" . A snapshot of the homey vibe of Grand Haven is also attached. The building is mid century modern, the restaurant decor theme is "Beachy" with a mix of midwest lake and east coast lobster / crab trap gear.
