Wealth Management business that includes financial advice including insurance and mortgage broking

This is what Southern Cross Wealth Partners. Also inside the logo somewhere have three words 'Create', 'Grow', and 'Protect' was looking for in their logo design

I am starting a new company called Southern Cross Wealth Partners. The idea behind the name is that Southern Cross Constellation represents Australia / New Zealand where the business is and operates. So I need the southern cross stars to be in the logo clearly. Given we deal with Wealth / Advice something to represent that and we partner with individuals in pursuit of their goals and objectives. I have attached a logo and I want something very similar - just instead of the big star, it need to be a moon crescent to represent Islamic tradition because we will offer Islamic finance as well.
