Recruiting Road Map

I would like to see a winding road with the words "Recruiting Road Map" and somehow incorporate a lacrosse stick. Keep in mind lacrosse players are HS players that are looking to get recruited to college. Simple and clean with neutral colors like blue, light blue and white would be best, but open to the designers interpretation. needed a logo design and received 35 logo designs from 23 designers
