Female-centric podcast targeted at women 40+ who are working in leadership roles, dealing with menopause and trying to keep their lives together. Girl Friends At Work or Girl Friends @ Work Podcast hosts Jenn and Stacie are both executive women; Jenn is a nurse by training and now the EVP of Operations for a Mental Health Company. Stacie is a chemist/pharmacologist by training, 20+ year wellness instructor, and who is now the Chief People Officer for the same Mental Health Company. Meeting at work, they formed a fast friendship. Stacie currently has a longtime podcast and this new adventure is about science and evidence backed research bringing their findings about health, wellbeing and work with other Girl Friends in their professional lives on their podcast to galvanize community and provide support to each other.
