1. Logo needs to be vertical- up and down
2. Can use lower case and/or upper case letters
3. Need to discretely use devil/vixen horns and MAYBE a hand
4. Need to use devil tail but the end is an anchor
5. NO strip club vibe
6. Sophisticated and subtle vibe
7. Colors black with blue or green or purple
