Definitive Electronics logo wants to be improved to a new modern 2.0 version

This is what DE 2.0 or Definitive Electronics 2.0 or both was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo that gives a nod to our past but fully embraces the 2.0 ethos. We need to include same colors as the old logo, which is attached.
