Logo for Rehabbed Historic Apartment Building

This is what Residences at 111 was looking for in their logo design

Looking for a logo for an apartment building. The address is 111 E Milwaukee Street so I was planning on calling the building "Residences at 111", "Residences @ 111" or "111 Residences". Whichever you feel would make the best design. This logo would be for on the front door of the entrance to the apartments that are on the second and third floor.

The building was built in 1853 - it's on the oldest buildings in town. The apartments are luxury and high-end with brand new modern amenities but also having all the original exposed brick walls, etc.

For the logo I'm looking for something classy and classic yet also modern to match the apartment units.

As you can see from the pictures the front of the building has a lot of copper accents - so I'd like the logo to also include the copper color.

Since the logo is going to primarily be used on the front and back doors I feel like a square shaped, or rectangle shaped, logo would work the best. But that is b… Read more
