Iconic Shark Logo needed for the brand new 'Fiji Shark Lab'

Hello designers! I need a logo design for the Fiji Shark Lab. This is a newly built shark and ray research field station in Pacific Harbour, Viti Levu, Fiji which has filed for Charitable Trust designation. The Fiji Shark Lab is dedicated to the research, conservation and preservation of sharks, rays and marine biodiversity in Fiji.

This has been a long held dream of mine, and so the project has great significance. Our first two research projects are 1) sociality in bull sharks and 2) the taxonomy of the Fiji maskray.

I would like to see designs that make use of the color blue please.
One of the ideas I had was incorporating the DNA helix and the silhouettes of two bull sharks, but as we are also researching rays, it would be nice to incorporate a rays into the design as well. It doesn't necessarily have to be 2 bull sharks it could be 1 or several. I also like the idea of the yin and yang with shark or shark/ray silhouettes. I do love a good ocea… Read more
