Modernize existing logo to a clean and professional look

This is what Vossen Laboratories Since 1976 was looking for in their logo design

We would like to modernize and perfectionize our existing logo. We need it to be the same shape with the same fox, however the lines are not perfect at the moment. We need it to look modern en technically right. I have attached the existing logo and our old logo. The colors should be dark blue and a lighter shade of blue.
